No sé si me recuerda. Tuve un accidente grave el 14 diciembre 2004 y estuve atendida por el Doctor Robles. Regresé a Canadá el 18 diciembre.

Dr Suarez: here is what we are entering into our Blog (when we get a long internet connection) re our appointment with you yesterday: 
Relief!
The Dr from Puerto Vallarta called and said Ds meds were in! We went there in heavy traffic in the afternoon…took an hour each way. Dr Suarez was fantastic!!! He took a very thorough history (entering it in his Palm Pilot) and amazed us with several of his comments. He easily recognized some of the more obscure meds that Daniele takes and identified her esophagus problem which no other Dr, anywhere, has done except for the one at Bethesda who originally figured out what was wrong. He had some very interesting ideas on how to back off on some of the pain meds…ideas that we have sought but never got at home. Will be interesting to see what they say at home. This was medicine at its best!”
We cannot tell you how impressed we were with you. We have been asking our Pain Dr in NC for some alternatives to this ever increasing dosages that only have marginal effect. We never got any suggestions yet in a few minutes you had several that make perfect sense. We have been seen by the finest hospitals in the US, including Walter Reed and Bethesda where our Presidents are seen. We have had some of the same Drs that the Presidents see. Our visit with you was one of the best we have ever had with any Dr.
We will let you know what happens when we get home. Maybe you can come see us in North Carolina sometime (if we ever stay there after being in your wonderful country). Our website there is www.pelicansrest.net.
Pamela: thank you so much for your help in this and for referring us to Dr Suarez. The care he gave was outstanding under any circumstances but particularly so given that the Quacks in Mazatlan never even took her medical history. I’ll be doing some investigation on how to report those charlatans to the proper authorities.

Thank you so much for the outstanding care I received during my October 2006 surgery. When I first contacted you I was very nervous about going out of the United States for my hysterectomy. Your detailed and educated responses to my concerns were a great comfort.
After arriving in Mexico, you were so kind to contact me at my hotel and review all the details of my surgery. The pre-surgical blood work and consultation increased my confidence and comfort level. The hospital was immaculate. The staff was so friendly, informative and easy to communicate with (as you may recall I do not speak Spanish).
Then came the procedure, everything was right on time and my comfort was of the utmost concern. My pain level and continued comfort was constantly watched over the next few days. Even after being discharged from the hospital, you continued to check in to verify my recovery was gong well.
I have never received such outstanding care, comfort and professionalism. I apologize for my delay in this letter. As for a current update, my scar has faded dramatically. I have had no complications with my procedure. And I feel 100% recovered.
